Exercise Class: Body Weight Bootcamp

Come and challenge yourself to this on-hour Body Bootcamp. This fitness class features a series of strength training exercises, using only your own body weight as resistance. No equipment necessary! A combination of cardio and strength training will help you build muscle, burn fat and strengthen your core which improves your posture. Exercises may include push-ups, wall-sits, squats, planks & more. At the end, the instructor will lead a cool down and stretch.
