A combination of cardio and strength training will help you build muscle, burn fat and strengthen your core which improves your posture. Exercises may include push-ups, wall-sits, squats, planks & more. At the end, the instructor will lead a cool down and stretch.

September is Pain Awareness Month, which is a time to raise public awareness about pain and pain management.
